What's the deal with LED Lashes?
What are LED lashes?
LED Lashes are lash extensions cured by a light-emitting diode. The special adhesive contains a photosensitive ingredient that reacts to the light, curing it instantly! Any type of lash extension or style can be applied using LED adhesive.
But is it safe?
YES! My LED light emits non-ionizing UVA1. That’s 1,000x lower than natural sunlight and so gentle that the FDA approves similar wavelengths for skin phototherapy.
How long do they last compaired to regular adhesive?
Our natural lashes are constantly growing and shedding, so routine fills every 2-3 weeks are recommended to maintain the integrity of your set. Unlike traditional adhesive, the likelihood that your extensions will "pop" off due to incorrect curing is next to none, so while you still need to maintain your extensions regularly, your set will look its best longer.
What is Opal Free?
Opal Free is the newest generation of lash adhesive. It's not like any adhesive you've experienced before - it is a plant-based statement that contains no cyanoacrylate or acrylate of any kind (the ingredient in adhesive that is irritating) and cures safely under light.
Why is it better for sensitive clients?
Traditional lash glue releases irritating fumes while it cures, and that is what leads to discomfort during and after a lash service. Opal Free does not do that! It cures instantly and does not release fumes. No burning, stinging or red eyes!
Can I still get lashes if I've had a reaction in the past?
Yes! If you have had a reaction in the past, we will perform a patch test prior to your full set to ensure that your eyes can tolerate it. Even with Opal Free, it is possible for our bodies to develop a strong immune reaction to the service itself. Most people pass the test and are able to move forward with the full set!
Do you offer traditional adhesive?
Nope. I only use LED adhesive.

How is a Korean Lash Lift different from a regular Lash Lift?
A Korean Lash Lift uses a gentler, cysteine-based solution to relax and set the lashes in place. The process itself is also different, utilizing a flat shield to relax the lashes, then a rounded rod to set them in place, visibly improving the overall lift of the lashes. Unlike a traditional lash lift, a Korean lash lift incorporates nourishing K-beauty products into the process, preventing overprocessed, dry lashes.
Do you do threading?
Nope. I do not offer threading, but I would be happy to either wax or tweeze any unwanted hair away! I offer hard and soft wax that even the most sensitive skin can tolerate.

Where are you located?
My suite is inside IMAGE Studios West, located at 1415 State Street, Suite 600 in Richardson TX. There are TWO IMAGE Studios in CityLine. I am inside the one connected to the office building, not the one with a fountain in front.
What is the parking situation?
We have so much parking! There are spots in front of the building, as well as a complimentary parking garage with entrances on N Plano Road and Wilshire Way. You can access the building from the door marked "600" so you never even have to go outside!
What happens if I cancel or reschedule my appointment 24hr before it's supposed to start?
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24hr before it is set to start, I will charge the card on file 30% of the price of the booked service. I ask that you make any changes to your appointment before the 24hr mark because after that, it becomes really challenging to fill that spot, which impacts my business.
My policies go both ways, so if I reschedule your appointment 24hr before it is set to start, I will discount your service the same percentage I would have charged you if you'd done the same. I hold myself to the same standard I hold you to!
What about if I'm running late?
I seriously do not care if you are running 5 minutes late! Don't sweat it. At 10 minutes, I will start to worry about you, but it is still possible to complete your service. By 15 minutes, my ability to complete your service on time and the quality of the work is greatly impacted, so we may need to reschedule your appointment to another time.
What happens if I just don't show up to my appointment?
First off, rude! If you do not show up for your appointment, I will charge your card on file for the service, and you will be subject to banishment. Please don't do that; it's seriously not cool.
Can I bring my kids with me?
Please don't. If you do, we will have to reschedule your appointment, and I will charge the 24-hour rescheduling fee.
Anything else I should know?
I try very hard to run my business like a person, for people, so please understand that all of my policies are in place to make it possible for me to continue to do so. Please respect me and my policies. I don't want to have to enforce them, but if I have to I will, so please be an adult about it if that happens.
